Visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday, I had the fortunate opportunity to visit the 466 year old town of St. Augustine. The night of our visit was unseasonably warm for this time of year and the galleries, restaurants and brick walk ways were packed with pedestrians. This year's Night of Lights occurs from November 19th till January 31st.

I highly recommend parking in the town's multilevel covered car garage and walk towards St George Street. Our group walked along Cordova Street and I snapped a couple pictures of the stylish B and Bs.

Bed and Breakfast in St. Augustine, Florida |
St. Augustine has been known for it's shops and restaurants. I highly recommend trying Columbia if you like Spanish cuisine.
This time we dined at 95 Cordova. Mentioned on the restaurant's website, the restaurant 95 Cordova features New World, Middle Eastern and Asian flavors. This restaurant was located in the hotel Casa Monica of the Kessler Collection Hotels.

What I also liked about St. Augustine was that a cast of historical characters can be found walking it's streets.

Soldiers in St. Augustine, Florida |
I discovered Kevin and Diego outside of the Tavern of the Rooster. They were super friendly and were willing to pose for pictures.

Considering viewing St. Augustine's Night of Lights, witness the holiday lights via foot, trolley tours, horse drawn carriages and electric trams.
